To ensure the quality and precision of our natural diamond orifices, DTI works with virtually flawless diamonds and orients them in a way that utilizes their most resistant surface. In addition, all stress risers are removed with our unique diamond cutting process.
Long Life Design:
Standard DTI diamond orifices feature high tolerance internal dimensions. In addition, the external round shape with stress relieved edges enables the orifice to be easily used in various mount designs with excellent performance in all ultra high pressure environments.
